The Angel Dress has a frill along the straps and along the neckline. The ends of the frill join together at the back. The skirt is knitted in stocking stitch and has a lot of width.
First the frill is knitted, then you work the yoke and armholes, and then you knit the frill and yoke together. Finally the skirt is knitted in the round.
