Class use and translations are permitted only with prior written permission of Knitting for Olive. Purchasing, downloading, or printing Knitting for Olive digital patterns through this website constitutes an agreement to these terms.

Shipping information
Patterns
All patterns sold at www.knittingforolive.com are in pdf format. You will receive a separate email with instructions on how to download the document.
Yarn
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day after the order has been placed. All orders can be followed with the tracking number we provide in the shipment confirmation email.
Shipping
Expected delivery time for European orders is 4 - 7 business days.
Expected delivery time for orders outside of Europe is 7-10 business days.
Return policy
We gladly accept returns of all yarn that is in its original sale condition, and with the original label, within 28 calendar days of your order.
Return is at your own cost and risk if a damage happens during the return of the parcel.
Please note that purchases of patterns are neither returnable nor refundable.
How to return yarn
When returning yarn include the following information in the parcel:

Please send it to our business address, as we are not able to pick at post offices, parcels shops or parcel boxes.

Remember to mark the parcel clearly: "Return goods" and "CVRNR: DK39685000" - this is to avoid taxation on return goods.
We will make your refund within 2- 10 days after receiving your yarn.
